The Taoiseach’s plans to visit the White House in March for the annual St Patrick’s Day visit are still up in limbo as an official has said that they will check.

Speaking about the potential visit, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said that there are very limited public events at the residence of the US President but stated that she was happy to check.

Psaki told reporters that there is special place in her heart for the Irish, but as you know there hasn’t been many public events here recently.
